Thresholds and weights are set by a person and recorded in the audit trail. Netra never moves a confidence threshold by itself. Every change re-scores the queue live.

Tier 1 composite matching accepts amounts within this percentage.

Tier 2 weights

Brand token match, string similarity and category agreement blend into the entity-resolution score.

One rule is not adjustable: an estimated allocation (spend missing, allocated on budget proportions) can never auto pass, whatever its score.
